We have many years experience as Food Hygiene and Safety Trainers/Consultants/Advisors in the catering industry. With more than 12 years teaching experience in Level 2 and Level 3 Food Safety courses, you can trust that our courses and teaching methods will exceed your expectations as well as giving you the peace of mind that we have achieved a 100% pass rate to date.

As well as the above we have also provided HACCP plans for Food Businesses such as meat products manufacturers and hotels, and have worked as Health and Safety Advisors overseas on behalf of Tour Operators inspecting and advising hotel management on Health and Safety, Food Hygiene and Gas/Fuel issues.

We have trained staff at various hotels in the Greek Islands at both Level 2 and Level 3 Food Safety. During stays we have carried out inspections in kitchens and spent several days supporting and advising catering staff.

On top of this we can provide training in both English and Greek.

On request we can also translate Food Hygiene material from English to Greek.

  • Level 3 Award in HACCP for Catering

    The Qualification:This practical, accessible and user-friendly qualification has been created to help caterers comply with EU legislation and provides a thorough understanding of how HACCP-based procedures can be applied in a catering context. It also provides the flexibility to suit different types of businesses.

    Who Is The Qualification For:Business owners, managers and supervisors of small and medium-sized catering and hospitality businesses.

    Why Is This Training Important?EU legislation requires that all businesses producing food have a documented food safety management system in place, based on Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) principles. Although effective in theory, HACCP has been particularly difficult to establish in catering businesses because of the sheer number and variety of processes involved in preparing and serving food. The CIEH Level 3 Award in Implementing Food Safety Management Procedures aims to rectify this challenge. Successful candidates will gain exemption from attending part of the CIEH Level 3 Award in Supervising Food Safety in catering qualification.

    Learning Outcomes:

      -In-depth knowledge of the principles of HACCP and food safety management tools and their relevance to a catering food safety system
      -Understand the controls needed to protect the safety of food
      -Understand how tools such as Safer Food Better Business can assist caterers to comply with the new regulations
